Teams and families are allowed to book airfare and ground transportation on their own. Group round-trip ground transportation from the Honolulu International Airport can be added to your package for $50 per person. A reduced rate for spectators is extended to allow spectators to stay with their participant. Rooms are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-reserved basis. This is the early registration fee listed here. To reserve this rate a $250 non-refundable deposit is due by October 1, 2008. The balance of the package is due February 1, 2009. Teams that book by August 1, 2008 will receive a free quad package for every thirty (30) packages booked.
